"Shipping was okay, I guess"
The order showed up in decent shape, so no real complaints there. It just, you know, took a bit longer than I expected. Not awful or anything, just kinda slow compared to some other places I usually order from. I’d maybe buy again, but probably not if I needed it quickly

"Not What I Ordered"
I was excited when the package showed up, figured I’d just open it and get on with my day. Then I looked inside and realized it was completely the wrong stuff. Like, not even close to what I ordered. So yeah, that was frustrating fast.

"Website felt frustrating to use"
I was trying to place an order, but the site made it harder than it needed to be. Pages were loading slowly, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic product details. Checkout wasn’t very clear either, so I kept second-guessing what I was doing. The products themselves seem fine, but the whole experience made me feel kind of dismissed, like no one really thought about how customers would use the site.

They were literally a bit slow to get back to me, which was kind of annoying, but they did end up fixing my issue in the end

"I was excited to try this, but..."
I was excited to try this, but after I paid and got it, I started to feel a bit unsure. The taste just wasn’t good to me, kind of bland with a weird aftertaste. I couldn’t even finish it, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"I liked that the ingredients looked..."
I liked that the ingredients looked clean, which is usually what I care about first. That said, I personally wanted to see more testing details before feeling totally confident about it. For me, it’s fine and I’d probably use it, but I wouldn’t call it amazing.

I ordered from North Bay Trading and overall the food was fine, and the packaging was decent too. The only thing that bugged me was the shelf life was shorter than I expected, so I ended up having to use it sooner than I’d planned. Maybe that’s just how their products tend to be, so I’d probably be more careful about checking dates if I order again. Not a dealbreaker, but for the price it was a little disappointing

"Decent, but kind of pricey"
The quality was okay, I just expected a bit more for what I paid. It’s not bad at all, I just wouldn’t say it feels like the best value.

I found some decent choices here and the stuff I tried was good. I did catch myself wishing there were more options, but what they do have is solid.

"Rough packaging"
Yikes. The box showed up crushed and ripped, and everything inside looked like it had been tossed around during shipping. not happy with it. They really need to pack orders better than this.
